RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS ONLY
No returns / Only exchanges for customers.
At Vedek Hair Solution, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to NO RETURN / ONLY EXCHANGE if they meet certain criteria. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, within 7 days of delivery. If you're eligible.
We’re happy to assist you if you wish to return or exchange products purchased from us.
You can request for a return or exchange if:
- It’s only been 14 days or less since you have received the product.
- It wasn’t bought using a discount coupon or during a sale.
- It has their security ties. But don’t worry, you can wash, condition, and heat style the hair while in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before using the product.
- It is not used or altered, including chemical alteration.
- It is not wet or damp.
- You have the proof of purchase.
- It is in original packaging with tags.
- You have shot an unboxing video of the package you received if your reason to return/exchange is missing/damaged product. Ensure the video covers opening of the courier seal too.
How to raise a request for return/exchange:
- Click this link and fill out the return form.
- Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the package from your doorstep.
- Get a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
Easy refunds:
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are applied to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
